I wanted to make sure from a business standpoint that I was being responsible with the sale of my

home. I am a big believer in staying local, while at the same time being a big believer in making sure

I am making the best decision that I can make. Being that I did the commute to Minneapolis

everyday it wasn’t a stretch to have two separate realtors from St. Paul and Minneapolis visit the

house in Shafer to market as a home with an easy commute to the Cities.  Radio and television are

filled with adds containing bold promises regarding how fast and for how much a realtor can sell. I had

a ballpark figure of what I thought was achievable. The two separate realtors from the Cities suggested

a price that was $60k less than what I thought. I knew Erin’s depth of knowledge for the area was as

good as it gets and didn’t think I was a full $60k off in my own judgment. She suggested listing for

$30k more than I was thinking. The home sold for $70,000 more than the suggested listing price of

the Twin Cities agents. Not only was using Erin as my listing agent a wonderful financial decision, but

her willingness to do a couple of extra little things made the experience  stress free, which was huge. Highest recommendation!
